Yoga and Somatic Bodywork

We tend to store tension and trauma in our bodies, and somatic (affecting the body) practices are an important part of ensuring wellbeing. Yoga is a powerful tool which has been used for thousands of years as a practice for mind, body and soul. Yoga is for everybody, and may help you to harness your inner strength, resilience and sense of peace.

I originally trained in Ashtanga Yoga in Yoga Dharma, Southend, UK in 2017 and have taught in various studios as well as independent classes. I offer private 1:1 sessions both in person and remotely via Zoom. I also offer group events such as pre-wedding yoga, corporate events and yoga for grief.

I also offer bodywork and somatic healing methods, which can help release stored trauma and tension in a safe and respectful space.
