Finding Purpose and Meaning
‘What is the meaning of life’ is a fundamental philosophical question that we may ask ourselves throughout the lifespan. Sometimes the question itself may seem so vast, so abstract, can leave us feeling lost, and sometimes with more questions than answers.
One of my passions to help people to discover meaning and purpose within their own lives. I believe that seeking, and ultimately finding, meaning and purpose in life is an important part of the human experience. Feeling a strong sense of meaning and purpose can enable us to live our lives in a positive way, and can help us to stay centered even under the most adverse of circumstances in life.
Meaning in life is unique and personal for each individual, and it is not something that I, or any other person, can tell you. It is an important and exciting concept to spend time and energy finding your own motivation, purpose and meaning for a life well-lived. You are the only one with the answers, but there are many tools to helping you to reveal it.
Where Do We Start?
I utilize tools to help you to feel more grounded, centered and more at peace. It is then when your own answers and insights may begin to come. All therapeutic modalities are at your own pace and are self-directed, with my role being to support, hold space and to help you navigate some of the biggest questions we ask ourselves in life. When the mind is de-cluttered, we are able to tune in with our deeper sense of self and start exploring meaning and purpose.
“Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.”
- Viktor E. Frankl, Man’s Search for Meaning
